Payments:

• A non-refundable 40% deposit is due at the time of booking to guarantee any pre-planned or customized tour. We will provide you with a tourism services agreement and liability waivers after confirming the tour.

• The remaining 60% is due exactly 30 days before the start date of the tour. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in cancellation of your tour.

• 100% payment is due at the time of booking on any packages booked within 30 days of the start date of the tour.

• Cancellations and refunds: Payment less the 40% deposit is refundable in case of cancellations more than 30 days from the start date of the tour. Cancellations 30 days or less from the start date of the tour will result in payment less the 40% deposit converting to a credit for any future trip with Paisadventure, with no expiration date.

• We accept payment in US dollars via major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Zelle, money orders, and wire transfers in US dollars to our bank in the United States. We can also accept payment in your country's currency with most credit cards.

• Cash payments receive a 3% discount.

• Please be aware non-US cards may be subject to transaction fees.
